The present invention relates to a ship having a polar class winterization system using ship waste heat and, more specifically, to a winterization technology of a ship when the ship sails the ice sea using ship waste heat. The ship having the polar class winterization system using the ship waste heat comprises : a turbo charger part arranged on the ship, rotating the blades of a turbo charger via an exhaust gas receiver installed in an engine using an exhaust gas discharged by the engine; an economizer generating steam using a hot exhaust gas outputted from the turbo charger part; a heat exchange circulating a thermal medium in the steam outputted from the economizer to perform heat exchange, lowering the temperature of the steam and outputting the steam to a smokestack part; and an equipment installed to provide the thermal medium supplied, and the heat-exchanged and heated by the heat exchange to prevent icing.
