The present invention relates to a bidding system platform for a convention exhibiting event. According to the present invention, a database (DB) (110) includes a bidding condition DB (111), a company information DB (112), a contract DB (113), an education DB (114), and a verification DB (115). In addition, a system processing unit (200) includes an input processing unit (201), a matching processing unit (202), a contract processing unit (203), an education plan processing unit (204), and a verification processing unit (205). The bidding system platform of the present invention can remedy a situation that total business costs increase, and a service can be deteriorated by going through several stages since a government authority or a large company launches the convention, and subcontracts and re-subcontracts the same to a company which actually performs a work in case of launching a convention in a conventional manner. In other words, a bidding qualification which does not allow even a company having sufficient performance competency and a new idea to enter a business that a corresponding company can participate in, due to a small scale, is changed to increase a participation rate of companies having the performance competence and the new idea with a minimum approval condition. As a result, a proper profit structure is allowed instead of a subcontract and re-subcontract structure, so a service quality is improved, and thus, a development of a convention industry of Korea can be promoted in future.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
