The present invention relates to a protection plate for spinal surgery. The protection plate for spinal surgery according to the present invention is used to protect nerves exposed from a damaged vertebra or the missing part of a vertebra removed during surgery and transplant a bone or bone fusion materials similar thereto, wherein the protection plate has a convex shape in a direction vertical to the lengthwise direction of a vertebra and is supported and fixed such that the convex ends thereof do not unfold.
