The present invention provides a method for providing a MICE industry-specific weather index service, comprising the steps of : a) generating weather information in 1 km grid units through a weather information predicting model which includes the steps of building 1km grid data and terrain data for a weather observation target area, receiving weather information from a plurality of weather observing devices and mobile weather sensors, correcting the weather information by determining whether there is an error of the weather information received from the mobile weather sensors, and generating weather field data by processing the weather information received from the weather observing devices and the mobile weather sensors and undergoing the correcting; b) generating a weather index based on the weather information generated from the weather information predicting model which includes the steps of selecting weather elements for a particular trip from the weather information, weighting a particular weather element among the selected weather elements, quantifying the selected weather elements and the weighted weather element by comparing the same with predetermined criteria for the particular trip, and calculating the weather index for the trip by averaging the quantified weather elements; and c) providing the calculated weather index to a user through a platform providing MICE information.(S110) Generate weather information(S120) Selecting and weighting weather elements(S130) Quantify the weather elements(S140) Calculate a weather index(S150) Determine the ranking of the weather indexCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
