PURPOSE : To perform the medical diagnosis/guidance and to take early treatments to the diseases by forming the medical/health information data in a storage medium as a data base based on the frame concept divided to a lower rank concept from a higher rank concept in terms of types. CONSTITUTION : A terminal equipment consisting of a 16-bit personal computer is provided to perform the input/output of data based on a frame concept. A host computer processes the data received via the terminal equipment. A doctor or a health nurse inputs the group examination data via the terminal equipment, and these input data are processed by a host computer of a data processing organ via alo al self-governing body, etc. Meanwhile the check result of the blood, etc., is directly inputted to the host computer. A data base is formed based on the frame concept. The specific characters of the frame concept includes such fact that the treating method is prepared as a knowledge to the omitted data, etc., and that a network consisting of the frames can be automatically retrieved. Thus it is possible to easily produce the knowledges necessary for guidance, etc., and to easily retrieve the necessary data.
