Data are recorded in normalized form in proper sectors of indication surface 6 which is covered by identification plate 5 having person' s identification data. Each sector of indication surface is covered by detachable tab or segment of plate 5. If state of health of owner is related to one of conditions of medical risk he should remove segment 73 covering corresponding sector of indication field. Reading of data related to this risky situation may be realized with the use of indication aid on face surface of object, for instance, face of watch. Additional medical data may be recorded on plates 7-10 attached to internal side of bracelet 3 of watch in addition to indication aid of medical data.
