PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide medical/health information common use art registering various medical/health information as well as individual clinical record electronic information in a data control center 11 and effectively using necessary information while limiting contents to be released by an access right of a user.SOLUTION : This medical/health information common use system is characterized in storing release control information restricting whether either information is released in accordance with the access right as well as the individual personal information and the medical/health information in database 12 of the data control center 11, identifying the user for the access from an arbitrary terminal 2-6, retrieving the individual personal medical/health information within a permitted range to the access right of the identified user, and extracting and sending the information to the access origin terminal.
