PURPOSE : A medical care electronic card, and a system and a method for a medical care service using the same are provided to record/store/share medical information, prescription particulars, and medicine preparation information by storing the licensed certification information for identifying a user or a medical employee in the electronic card.CONSTITUTION : A licensed certification module(100) stores the classification information for a doctor, a pharmacist, a medical employee, and a general user issued from a licensed certification authority. A data module(101) stores at least one of the ID information, the medical/health information, and the prescription/preparation information. A settlement module(102) stores the settlement price information for settling a medical expense charged for a medical service.
