PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a medical information processing system for efficient guidance for preservation of health, efficient selection of and health guidance for intervention target persons, and efficient listing-up of candidates for intervention target persons.SOLUTION : The medical information processing system includes a rezept (medical prescription) data holding part, medical checkup data holding part, a part for holding checkup data at the time of consultations with medical institutions, an electronic medical treatment record content holding part, and a part for holding data relating to medical treatment. In this system, a method for guidance for preservation of health, selection of and health guidance for intervention target persons, and listing-up of candidates for intervention target persons includes : a processing step of collating the rezept (medical prescription) data and medical checkup data with each other per person; a step of detecting persons whose data deviate from thresholds, from data resulting from arranging consultation dates, consultation frequencies, expenses, and consultation frequencies within a certain period per injury/disease of medical bills of each person, and checkup data; and a step of selecting the detected persons as targets of health guidance/intervention from a policyholder or the like to persons insured.COPYRIGHT : (C)2009, JPO&INPIT
