PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an electronic medicine notebook cooperation system for managing and effectively using medical information and health information via a portable terminal.SOLUTION : An electronic medicine notebook cooperation system comprises : an output device which outputs medical information and health information of a patient; an electronic medicine notebook terminal for browsing and managing the medical information and health information by receiving the medical information and health information from the output device; and a medicine history management device which manages medicine histories. The medicine history management device comprises : input reception means which receives the medical information and health information from the electronic medicine notebook terminal; other institution information selection means which displays on a display unit the medical information and health information by excluding medical information and health information input by other institutions; and transcription reception means which stores medical information and health information selected by a person in charge among the displayed medical information and health information, in a storage unit.
