FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to medicine, surgery of the middle hernia. To prevent postoperative hernias and eventrations with medial laparotomy, preventive abdominal wall plastic repair is performed using a mesh implant. Mesh endoprosthesis is placed in the preperitoneal space. Implant located preperitoneally is fixed at the upper edge of the wound with first nodal seam 3 cm wide. Second seam is applied 5 cm from the first in the course of the incision, grasping the edges of the aponeurosis and 2-3 threads of the center of the implant. Subsequent seams are imposed every 5 cm. Final seam is applied in the lower corner of the wound, fixing the implant 1 cm from its lower edge. Further, the aponeurosis is sutured on top of the implant by a continuous suture seam with the capture of the mesh implant into the seam every 2.5 cm of the suture.EFFECT : method prevents a recurrence of the middle hernia.1 cl, 3 dwg, 2 ex
