Parameters of the chest and mammary glands of the patient are measured, the width, height and volume of implants are determined with the subsequent selection of suitable implants from the catalogs of manufacturers. Patient height, weight, chest circumference at the level of submammary folds, the distance from the middle of the nipple (NM) to the submammary fold (SMF) are measured. Then determine the width and height of suitable implants in Table 1 given in the description, where CC (OGK) is the chest circumference in cm, W (Sh) is the implant width in cm, H (V) is the implant height in cm. Next, to determine the volume of a suitable implant, compare the length of the segment NM–SMF with the length of the arch implants, which were previously selected in width and height from the catalog, and exclude those implants whose arch length is more or less than the length of the NM–SMF segment by more than 1.0?cm.
