FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to medical technology, technology, biomedical, biomechanical prostheses, can be applied in robotics and actuators (drives). To create an artificial muscle (AM) that performs the mechanical function of damaged cardiac tissue, the most suitable are IM based on ionic electroactive polymers (EAP), in which a high value of the load force is realized with a small value of the electric voltage (1–3 V). In the proposed AM as a patch for heart tissue based on EAP in the patch thickness <200 microns encapsulate active elements containing electrically conductive layers of composite nanomaterial 20–30 microns thick, EAP and electrolyte. Composite nanomaterial consists of 85 wt. % bovine serum albumin (BSA), 10 wt. % carbon nanotubes (CNT) and water.EFFECT : used composite nanomaterial allows to simplify and reduce the price of the process of its application to the patch, has a high degree of biocompatibility, does not cause allergic reactions.1 cl, 3 dwg
