Method of retrograde recanalization of chronic occlusions of the coronary arteries (COCA) involves catheterization with a guide catheter of a recipient coronary basin, in the zone of which COCA is located, the catheterization of the donor coronary basin, simultaneous or sequential contrasting of the recipient and donor coronary basins to identify suitable for retrograde recanalization.
