Device for replacing defects of the proximal femur when performing revision hip arthroplasty includes a body of an individual form. Body consists of diaphysis and spit parts. Inner surface of the diaphyseal part is represented by a porous structure. On the smooth outer surface of the mentioned diaphyseal part there are stoppers for cerclage. Diaphysis unit has diverging holes for fixing screws. Helical part of the trough-shaped form is formed by a porous structure and frame and has a connecting bridge on the bottom. Frame includes longitudinal, transverse and edging branches. Porous structure contains at least one channel for filing abductor thigh muscles, located transversely to the longitudinal axis of the device. Inlet and outlet openings of the channel are made outside in its thickness.EFFECT : invention provides the possibility of replacing the defects of the proximal femur with an individual device made of titanium powder, support and restoration of the function of the lower limb when performing the hip replacement surgery.7 cl, 11 dwg
