In the method, an anastomosis is created between the remaining part of the superhepatic segment of the inferior vena cava of the donor and the conduit. Said conduit consists of the inferior vena cava with the common iliac veins of the donor. Wherein the common iliac veins of the donor are anastomosed with the superhepatic segment of the inferior vena cava of the recipient. After clamping the cavocaval anastomosis, thrombotic masses are removed. Then, the holes on the conduits are sewn and all the clamps are removed. Venous outflow is restored using both cavocaval anastomosis performed during the implantation and newly formed two anastomoses with the superhepatic section of the inferior vena cava of the recipient.EFFECT : method ensures reliable viability of the transplanted liver, without requiring transplantation.1 cl, 5 dwg, 2 ex
