FIELD : medical equipment. SUBSTANCE : group of inventions relates to medical technology, namely to medical imaging systems and radiotherapy. Computer-implemented way to manage adaptive radiation therapy, managed by using the image in real time at least part of the patient' s area, contains the steps of receiving a lot of data about the images in real time, corresponding to two-dimensional (2D) images of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), including at least part of the area, performing the evaluation of the 2D motion field on a variety of image data, performing an approximation of the evaluation of the three-dimensional (3D) motion field, which includes applying the transformation model to the evaluation of the 2D motion field, and the transformation model is determined by : performing a 3D motion field estimation on at least two volumes of data on 3D images including at least a portion of the area and obtained during the first period of time; performing a 2D motion field estimation from 2D image data corresponding to at least two 2D images, including at least part of the area and obtained during the first period of time, and determining the transformation model using dimension reduction of at least one of : estimated 3D motion field and an estimated 2D motion field; determining at least one change in real time at least part of the area based on the approximate estimate of the 3D field of motion; and administering therapy to at least a portion of the area using the defined at least one change. System for controlling adaptive radiation therapy contains a therapy adaptation system and a therapy controller circuit, configured to control therapy for at least a portion of a region using a specific at least one change. EFFECT : use of inventions allows to improve the accuracy of 3D localization and speed tracking of the target to account for the movement of the patient. 21 cl, 4 dwg
