Syringe pen includes : a casing; dose set knob which is designed with possibility of rotation relative to the casing when setting and adjusting the dose; and an actuator which is designed with possibility of selectively engage with a dose set knob and fixed in the angular position relative to the casing when setting and adjusting the dose. Actuator is configured to move in the longitudinal direction with the dose set knob when setting and adjusting the dose, and the actuator is configured to rotate with the dose set knob when the injection is performed.
