FIELD : medicine; pharmaceuticals.SUBSTANCE : group of inventions relates to pharmaceuticals and medicine and discloses a polymer complex for molecular targeting therapy and a method for producing this complex. Polymer complex is characterized by the fact that it is presented in the form of a lyophilisate for the preparation of a suspension, contains particles with a size of 50–600?nm, the active ingredient is docetaxel, the polymer component is a copolymer of lactic and glycolic acids with a ratio of 50 : 50 polymer units, the vector component is folic acid dodecylamide, polyvinyl alcohol, Pluronic F-127 and D-mannitol. Proposed method for producing a polymeric complex consists in the fact that the inclusion of the vector component into the surface of the obtained particles involves the simultaneous introduction of Pluronic F-127 as a surfactant both into the non-aqueous phase and into the aqueous phase with the formation of micelles incorporated by the molecules of the vector component.EFFECT : polymer complex has a technological method of production and optimal characteristics for the implementation of the molecular targeting mechanism, which will make it possible to widely use the proposed complex as part of medicines intended for molecular targeting therapy.3 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
