Provided are phenylquinolinone and flavonoid derivatives and preparation methods therefor, wherein the derivatives are histamine H3 receptor antagonists, which can protect and restore the normal function of the central nervous system; and in particular provided is the use thereof in neurodegenerative disease and ischemic brain injury.
