PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a medical reservation management device, a medical reservation system and a medical reservation management method that can be utilized by a wider range of medical institutions.SOLUTION : A medical reservation management device comprises : receiving means for receiving reservation applications for predetermined medical activities via a network line; maximal event number setting acquiring means for acquiring an upper limit setting for a maximal number of reservations that can be made for the medical activities respectively within a predetermined setting period by each medical institution; and event number calculating means for counting a respective number of reservations for each medical institution with respect to the medical activities within a setting period.
