PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a medical reservation system, a medical reservation management device and a medical reservation management method that allow medical reservations to be made by appropriately corresponding to flexible coordination of medical institutions.SOLUTION : A medical reservation system comprises : receiving means for receiving reservation applications for medical activities through a network line; and accepted number setting acquiring means for acquiring accepted number setting information specifying an accepted number of reservation applications per time frame. The accepted number setting information specifies an accepted number of individual receptions that can be received per reservation origin medical institution.
