The present invention is further related to a method of manufacture of a pharmaceutical preparation or a diagnostic preparation or a cosmetic preparation comprising the step of adding human platelet lysate or a fraction that is enriched for human platelet lysate derived extracellular vesicles to the pharmaceutical preparation or a diagnostic preparation or a cosmetic preparation.
