As the interrupted or one continuous suture is applied, perform instillation of a solution containing, mass % : riboflavin mononucleotide, 0.14–0.15; dextran, 18.0–22.0; tris-(hydroxymethyl)-methylamine, 0.08–0.12; nipagin, 0.0075–0.0125; Trilon B, 0.005–0.01; sodium chloride, 0.8–0.9 and purified distilled water to 100, for 15–20?minutes. After fixation of the graft perform ultraviolet irradiation of the cornea with a power density of 18?mW/cm2 with a wavelength of 370?nm and a total energy of 5.4?J/cm2 for 5?minutes.EFFECT : method provides rapid resorption of edema of the graft, increasing the biomechanical strength and resistance of the cornea to enzymatic cleavage, reducing the antigenic properties of the graft, as well as the formation of a less coarse postoperative scar in the zone of contact of the graft with the recipient' s cornea bed by optimizing the reparative process and creating biochemical bonds between them.1 cl, 2 ex
