The invention relates to the field of medicine, and specifically to the pharmaceutical industry, which produces preparations for treatment and prevention purposes, and comprises a pharmaceutical composition of active substances for an oral dosage form carried out as a solid dosage form. The invention consists in a bifunctional medicinal agent containing, as biologically active substances, chondroitin sulfate and celecoxib, with auxiliary substances comprising the remainder, at a certain ratio of components. The invention provides for the creation of a preparation for oral administration in the form of capsules, which exhibits reparative, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and may be used as a stand-alone or auxiliary medicinal agent for states associated with reduced function of the musculoskeletal apparatus.
