The present invention discloses a deuterated osimertinib derivative of formula I, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a stereoisomer, a solvate, or a prodrug thereof, wherein the symbols in the formula are as defined in the claims. The deuterated osimertinib derivative of the present invention can inhibit activation or resistance mutations of one or more EGFRs, can be used for the treatment of EGFR-sensitive cancer mutations, and is an ideal therapeutic drug for diseases caused by EGFR mutations.
