An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid medicinal preparation which does not generate precipitates and is suitable for mass production. According to the present invention, provided is a liquid medicinal preparation that contains 1-(2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-?D-arabinofuranosyl)cytosine or a salt thereof, a polyhydric alcohol having a molecular weight of 100 or less, and water. The polyhydric alcohol is preferably glycerin, propylene glycol, or butanediol.
