PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a pharmaceutical technique which inhibits cloudiness and production of a precipitate, while containing diclofenac and tocopherol and/or a derivative thereof, in an external pharmaceutical composition which contains water, to enable having excellent appearance properties.SOLUTION : In an external pharmaceutical composition containing diclofenac and/or a salt thereof, tocopherol and/or a derivative thereof, and water, containing isopropanol and setting pH of 5.0 or more can inhibit cloudiness and production of a precipitate caused by diclofenac and/or a salt thereof and tocopherol and/or a derivative thereof to enable having excellent appearance properties.
