Disclosed is an easy-to-move electric meat mincer. The electric meat mincer comprises a base (1), wherein a meat mincer barrel (2) is arranged on the base (1), and multiple spiral blades (3) are arranged inside the meat mincer barrel (2); a groove is provided on the base (1), and an electric motor (4) is arranged inside the groove; an output shaft of the electric motor (4) extends into the meat mincer barrel (2) so as to be connected to the spiral blades (3), and the spiral blades (3) are arranged on the output shaft in such a manner that the diameters thereof successively increase; and a perforated plate (5) is arranged at a lower portion inside the meat mincer barrel (2). The design of successively enlarged spiral blades of the meat mincer prevents the spiral blades from becoming stuck due to the fresh meat being too large, resulting in damage to the electric motor. Moreover, different perforated plates can be used so as to prevent meat cubes from being fully minced. The electric meat mincer has a simple structure and a high practicability.
