Technical result of the utility model is the possibility of development of design of the device, which protect specimen biological material, taken from wedge-shaped sinus nose from bacterial contamination by microorganisms transitory flora, and improved reliability of testing sample biological material. This is achieved by the fact, that device for taking of biological material from wedge-shaped sinus nose has metal tube with fitted on it polyvinyl, whose length exceeds the length metal on 4 cm, that provides protection of sample biological material, taken on absorption surface wadded winding, on the spiral-shaped distal part of metal wire, located in metal tube.
