PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a self-emulsion composition without adding ethanol or with low ethanol concentration that is excellent in at least one of self-emulsification, composition dispersibility, emulsification stability, and absorbency. SOLUTION : A self-emulsion composition contains ω3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, 50 to 95 mass% of the total amount of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and ester thereof, and 5 to 50 mass% of an emulsifying agent with a hydrophilic lipophilic balance of 10 or more.
