PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an improved pharmaceutical preparation containing furosemide which is stable in solution, contains furosemide with sufficient concentration, has appropriate pH and osmolarity, and makes subcutaneous administration of furosemide possible, for example. SOLUTION : The present teachings relate to liquid-state pharmaceutical preparation of furosemide, and the liquid-state pharmaceutical preparation contains tris-(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane in molar excess to furosemide, and has pH within the range of 7 to 8.5 and concentration of tris-(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane which is larger than approximately 50 mM or equivalent to the concentration. The present teachings can improve the stability of a liquid-state pharmaceutical preparation containing furosemide and the adaptability of such a pharmaceutical preparation for subcutaneous administration or delivery.
