Dental implant includes an implant fixture having an upper surface which is an interoral surface, and comprises an internal thread, an upper connecting element to the abutment. Implant also comprises a first abutment comprising a connecting element to the implant fixture, adapted to attach to the upper connecting element to the abutment, a connecting element to the second abutment, and a first pass. Implant also comprises a second abutment comprising a connecting element to the first abutment, configured to attach to the connecting element to the second abutment, and a second pass. Screw is inserted through the first pass and the second pass into the internal thread in such a way that the screw attaches the first abutment and the second abutment to the implant fixture.
