FIELD : pharmaceuticals.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and medicine and is a method of cleansing diseased nail plates from horny mass in onychomycosis, including their pretreatment with a solution of 0.01?% Myramistinum, then with a solution of acetylsalicylic acid, prepared by placing in a graduated beaker 10 ml of water heated to a temperature of at least 100?°C, into which 5 tablets of aspirin, each of which contains 0.5 g of acetylsalicylic acid, are immersed, then the mixture is stirred for 1 minute, achieving a uniform consistency, and apply, gently rubbing, on the frontal-distal part of the diseased nail plates and the skin of the side periungual walls for 5–10 minutes depending on the number of diseased nails, then, using a soft polishing nail file, they clean the nail plate, after which a gauze cloth moistened with 0.01?% Myramistinum solution is re-treated the nails, the procedure is repeated once a day for 3–6 months, taking into account the volume and depth of the disease.EFFECT : invention provides increased safety of the procedure for removing the diseased part of the nail, reducing the duration of outpatient treatment and increasing the effectiveness of treatment of onychomycosis.1 cl, 2 ex
