Said capsule contains opposing domes; a cylindrical wall portion defined by the r radius of the walls of the capsule, measured from the central axis of the opposing domes; a volume of at least 0.50燾m3 and thickness from 0.08 to 0.12爉m. Said device for puncturing capsules contains a chamber for accommodating the capsule; and a mechanism configured to puncture at least one hole in at least one capsule dome, the center of each of the holes is within the annular perforation region, bounded and defined in one dome with 0.4 and 0.8 r radii. And the total surface area of all holes is (I) from 0.5 to 2.2? of the total surface area of the capsule and (II) from 3 to 15? of the total surface area of one dome.
