Helical-shaped dental implant for implantation at the site of implantation contains a coronal area, a medial area and an apical area, which are inseparable from each other. Coronal area forms the proximal end of the implant, and the apical area forms the distal end. Medial area is located between the said coronal area and the apical area of the implant. Implant is characterized by carving, having at least two approaches and at least one connecting platform. Distal end is characterized by a contoured surface, which is designed to simplify the immediate placement, installation, centering and stabilization of the implant at the site of implantation. Mentioned contour surface is a continuous surface having a narrow upper part, formed by the outer surface of the aforementioned apical portion and a portion with a wide base formed by the apical surface of the main thread. Mentioned apical area is made with smaller outer diameter in comparison with the outer diameter of the said medial area, and forms the outer surface. Mentioned main thread has an apical surface, a coronal surface and a lateral edge connecting them. Apical surface is characterized by at least two recesses in the apical surface, formed along the apical surface, which defines the length, and extending proximally to the coronal surface, which defines the depth.EFFECT : invention allows to improve the ability of dental implants to be organically located at the site of implantation by performing the apical region with the possibility of centering and stabilizing the implant at the site of implantation.27 cl, 6 dwg
