The present invention provides an antibody targeting interleukin 17A (IL-17A) and a preparation method and application thereof. In particular, the present invention provides a novel anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody. The antibody of the present invention binds to IL-17A antigen with high specificity, has high affinity and low immunogenicity, and is used in preparing a drug for preventing or treating a disease related to IL-17A, such as various inflammations and autoimmune diseases.
