The present invention relates to a method and system for evaluating drug-related technology in health medical field. The method comprises the steps of : (a) conducting an environmental analysis for estimating key variables of valuation; (b) measuring the net present value of revenue (_ LOA NPV_ rev.) for the drug-related technology to be valued; (c) measuring the present value of the cost (_ pro NPV_ dev.) for the drug-related technology to be valued; and (d) measuring the risk-adjusted Net Present Value (rNPV_ total) for the drug-related technology to be valued.
