PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for treatment of patients with soft tissue sarcoma, which is a disease for which there are relatively few effective regimens, particularly leiomyosarcoma. SOLUTION : The present invention provides a method of administering olaratumab at a dose of about 15 mg/kg, and doxorubicin at a dose of about 75 mg/m2.
