At the same time, to defragment the cortical masses, ultrasonic vibrations are delivered to the aspiration tip with a curved end part, on which the aspiration hole is made on the inner side of the bend of this part, and aspiration is carried out through an aspiration hole of a tapered form with a large base on the outer surface of the wall of the aspiration tip during ultrasonic action on the tip and during its movement in the anterior chamber of the eye.
