The invention relates to the field of electrochemical, instruments of producing "silver" water for national economy, in particular for agriculture, for medicine, for domestic needs. The feature of such devices is necessity of preparing silver water with high required accuracy the concentration of silver ions. The second feature of devices is the possibility of their operation in field conditions, that requires high reliability, good operational characteristics of and automatic modes of operation.Technical result of the utility model is the possibility of automatic control of current ionization depending on flow rate of silver water due to introduction of the second pressure sensor and control circuit current ionization.The result is achieved due, that installation for continuous production of silver water with high accuracy the concentration of silver ions in water, having in its composition current shaper ionization, circuit current control, current stabilizer ionization, milliammeter, switch electrodes, ionisation chamber with electrodes, a key "Start" on front panel device, control circuit device, current-to-frequency, counter current amount of electricity, current indicator of the quantity of electricity, circuit checking amount of electricity, register preset amount of electricity, chamber cleaning water, the first valve, filling sensor, fan, second valve, collection chamber silver water, the first pressure sensor, the third valve, control circuit valves, the output of the generator current ionization is connected to input of current stabiliser ionization, output of circuit current control is connected to input shaper current ionization, stabilizer output current ionization through milliammeter is connected to switch electrodes, outlets of the switch electrodes are connected to electrodes of ionization chamber, key "Start" is located on front panel of instrument, outlets with front panel of instrument are connected to input control circuit device and to input of register preset amount of electricity, the output of the register preset amount of electricity is connected to input control circuit of the quantity of electricity, output of circuit checking amount of electricity is connected to input control circuit device and input of control circuit valves, outputs of control circuit device are connected to input of counter current amount of electricity, pulse former input current ionization and to input of control circuit valves, input current converter frequency is connected to output of current stabiliser ionization, converter output current in frequency is connected to input of counter current amount of electricity, counter outputs current amount of electricity are connected to input of indicator current amount of electricity and the input of the control circuit of the quantity of electricity, chamber cleaning water through first valve is connected with ionization chamber, in which are arranged electrodes, fan and sensor of filling, ionization chamber through the second valve is connected with collection chamber silver water, in which placed is pressure sensor and third valve; inputs of circuit control valves are connected to outputs of transducer of filling, of the first pressure sensor, control circuit amount of electricity and control circuit device, and outputs control circuit valves are connected to the first valve inlet, the inlet of the second valve on input control circuit device, additionally contains second pressure sensor and control circuit current ionization, the second pressure sensor is arranged in chamber of collection of silver water, and its output is connected to input control circuit current ionization, output of circuit current control ionization is connected to input circuit current control ionization. |
