The present invention relates to a novel lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus paraplantarum CK401, having an antiviral effect, and more specifically, to a novel microorganism Lactobacillus paraplantarum CK401 derived from Kimchi, which has an inhibition activity against influenza viruses, in particular, avian influenza viruses, and use thereof. According to the present invention, at least any one selected from a group consisting of Lactobacillus paraplantarum CK401 KCTC 13287BP, a culture medium of the Lactobacillus paraplantarum CK401 KCTC 13287BP, and 10kD membrane filter residues of the culture medium has an excellent antiviral effect such that the novel lactic acid can be advantageously used in a medicine, food, fermented products, food additives, nutritional supplements, feeds, feed additives and the like, and shows excellent antiviral activity even though mass-produced, thereby being very useful in industry.(AA) Viral death amount (log10 EID50)(BB) CK401 dilution concentrationCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2019 |
