FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to medical equipment, traumatology and dentistry, and is intended for the micro- and nano-textured bioinert surface development on the titanium and titanium alloys made implants. Applying the biologically inert coating on to the implant metal titanium base. Wherein the implant surface is first subjected to ion-plasma etching with accelerated to 2–5?keV argon ions, at a pressure of (3.75–5.25)?10-4?Torr. Without the implant from the chamber removal, with the residual pressure of 1.5?10-6?Torr performing the implant heating in the range from the room temperature to 500?°C. Pure argon (99.999?%) is injected into the vacuum chamber, and at its residual pressure of 10–20?mTorr, by the magnetron sputtering method at a power of 50–300?W performing the nanostructured pure titanium layer deposition for 0.5–2?h. Implants are cooled down to room temperature at a pressure below 1.5?10-6?Torr.EFFECT : use of the invention ensures the pure titanium biocompatible coating obtaining on the implants, having a microtextured surface and the nano-textured surface, and also contributes to the implant surface with biological fluids, cellular elements more effective interaction, which is especially important at the osseointegration early stages.1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 dwg
