PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a novel mixture of ingredients making it possible to reduce insensible water losses and maintain hydration of the skin. SOLUTION : The present invention relates to a combination of pullulan or derivatives thereof with a mixture of polysaccharides comprising hyaluronic acid or salts or derivatives thereof and alginic acid or salts or derivatives thereof. A weight ratio of pullulan or derivatives/hyaluronic acid, salts or derivatives/alginic acid, salts or derivatives is in a range from 1/1/1 to 1/10/10.
