In this case, the signal source and signal generator are structurally combined into an optical terminal containing an emitter, a diffuser installed in glasses or a mobile phone such as a smartphone, containing the signal generator software. By means of the programmer signal generation unit of the programmer, the generation of programs of signals having periodic, stochastic and deterministic-chaotic dynamics, and programs of signals of fractal dynamics is provided.
