The invention relates to biochemistry and medicine and, more particularly, the (2-amino-3-alkoxycarbonylalyl)trialkylamonium halide application as gene transfection agents in model experiments with the possibility of directing them toward preclinical tests in oncology. The synthesized compounds (3) : are not only new substances, but also new compounds and a new class of transfection agents. The proposed invention is essential to facilitate the ribonucleic acid transfection agent availability.
