The present invention provides a tetrahydroprotoberberine compound represented by general formula (I), an enantiomer, a diastereoisomer and a raceme thereof and a mixture thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable organic or inorganic salt thereof, and a crystalline hydrate and a solvate thereof. The present invention also provides a method for preparing the compound, and applications thereof in the preparation of drugs for preventing and/or treating central nervous system diseases.
