PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve reliability of condition management upon transportation of medical products or pharmaceutical articles or plants. SOLUTION : A system for managing quality upon transportation of medical products W loaded in a baggage compartment V1 of a vehicle V comprises : a travel data acquisition part 10a for acquiring travel data including position data of the vehicle V; data acquisition parts 10b, 10c for acquiring temperature data inside the baggage compartment V1 or opening/closing data of a door V2 of the baggage compartment V1; an operation data transmission part 10f for transmitting operation data including the travel data and the temperature data or the opening/closing data; and a data storage part 20c for recording the operation data acquired via the operation data transmission part 10f in an unchangeable manner from a specific user.
