PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a pharmaceutical tablet having excellent tabletting properties. SOLUTION : The present invention provides a method for producing a pharmaceutical tablet that contains (A) fexofenadine hydrochloride salt and (B) methylephedrine hydrochloride or pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
