PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a pharmaceutical tablet having excellent tabletting properties. SOLUTION : A pharmaceutical tablet is prepared that contains (A) fexofenadine hydrochloride salt and (B) methylephedrine hydrochloride or pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, with a weight ratio represented by (A) component/(B) component being a specific ratio. More specifically, a pharmaceutical tablet is prepared that contains (A) fexofenadine hydrochloride salt and (B) methylephedrine hydrochloride, with a weight ratio represented by (A) component/(B) component being 1.3-1.9. Alternatively, a pharmaceutical tablet is prepared that contains (A) fexofenadine hydrochloride salt and (B) pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, with a weight ratio represented by (A) component/(B) component being 0.5-1.0, and the content of (B) component being 12 wt.% or less of the total amount of the tablet.
